Conversion rate optimisation that tests instead of guessing

More traffic rarely solves a conversion problem. I find where visitors get stuck and test my way to what actually improves the result.

A good fit if

You get traffic, but the conversion rate is low or flat.

You have assumptions about what should be improved but no way to test them.

Forms or checkout flows have a high drop-off rate and you do not know why.

The problem I solve

CRO builds on tracking and analytics. Without reliable measurement you do not know what to test, and without follow-up you do not know if the test made a difference. I connect the whole chain so the optimisation rests on data, not opinions.

Conversion optimisation is about removing friction, not adding more design. I work from what the data actually shows, test one hypothesis at a time and keep what measurably improves the result.

What I do not do

Redesign without testing the effectAssumptions presented as factsLong lock-in periods

What I work with

Customer journey analysis. where you lose visitors, and why.

Landing pages built for a specific audience and a specific purpose.

A/B testing and experiments with clear hypotheses, not gut feeling.

Form optimisation. fewer fields, clearer errors, less friction.

Frequently asked questions

Is gut feeling enough to know what to change?

Rarely. Most assumptions about what bothers visitors turn out to be wrong when you actually test. That is why I test rather than guess.

How long does a test take?

It depends on traffic volume, but expect a few weeks for a reliable result on a page with normal traffic.

Do we need a lot of traffic to test?

It helps, but even with lower traffic you can identify and fix clear friction points without formal A/B tests.
