AI consultant and automation that saves time

I help you identify where AI and automation actually have an effect, and then build the solution: from mapping processes to integrations and automation flows that run in production.

A good fit if

You have manual, repetitive processes that take time every week.

You have started testing AI tools but lack a structure for where they actually belong.

Data is moved by hand between systems that should talk to each other.

You want to automate but do not know where the risk and the effect really lie.

The problem I solve

An automation or AI solution is only as good as the data it builds on. I tie the work to the same tracking and systems you already have, so it strengthens the rest of the business instead of becoming a separate initiative on the side.

I would rather talk about the problem you have today than about AI or automation in general. Every solution should solve a clear problem: less manual work, faster response times or better decision support, with the result measured, not assumed.

What I work with

Mapping the processes where AI and automation can give a measurable effect: lead handling, reporting, content, customer service.

Evaluating tools and models based on your actual need, not trends.

Integrations between your existing systems (CRM, ad platforms, spreadsheets, support tools).

Automation flows built with tools such as n8n or similar, and AI models where they add value.

Security and data flow. what is sent where, and why.

Practical implementation and internal knowledge transfer, not just a report with recommendations.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI and automation consultant do?

Identifies where AI or automation actually gives a measurable effect in a business, evaluates which tools fit the need, and implements the solution in existing processes and systems, rather than delivering only a report with recommendations.

What can AI and automation actually automate?

In practice, mostly recurring, rule-based tasks: lead handling and qualification, reporting that is put together by hand today, moving data between systems, parts of customer service, and first drafts of content. For decisions that need context or a relationship, the solution should prepare the material, not decide entirely on its own.

What does a review cost?

A first review, where I map where AI or automation can make a real difference, is a fixed price. The implementation afterwards is priced as a project or ongoing work, depending on scope.

We have not used AI before. Where do we start?

With a review of your most time-consuming recurring tasks. That is usually where the quickest win is.

Does AI replace employees?

Rarely in practice. The common result is that AI removes part of the routine work so the time goes to what actually needs a person.

Does it require big system changes?

Usually not. Most automations are built on top of systems you already have, through integrations rather than new platforms.

What happens if something breaks?

I document how the flow is built and can troubleshoot on an ongoing basis. You are never left guessing how it works.
